By using Luganotaxi services, you accept these terms in full. Please read carefully before booking.
1.
General provisions
The company provides private transfer services exclusively on a pre-booked basis. The company is not a traditional taxi service and does not perform street pickups.
2.
Booking & confirmation
- All orders are placed in advance
- An order is considered confirmed only after confirmation by the company
- The company reserves the right to refuse an order without explanation
3.
Pricing
- The price is calculated individually depending on the route, car class and conditions
- The price is fixed upon order confirmation
- Route changes may affect the price
4.
Payment
- Cash to the driver
- Online or bank transfer (where available)
- In some cases, advance payment is required
5.
Waiting time
- At the airport — up to 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time
- At the pick-up address (hotel, apartment, office) — up to 15 minutes of free waiting
- An additional charge may apply after the free waiting time is exceeded
- The company monitors flights and adjusts pick-up time in case of delays
- The company is not responsible for significant flight delays or changes beyond its control
6.
Cancellation & no-show
- Free cancellation is available no later than 24 hours before the trip
- For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows, a charge of up to 100% of the fare may apply
7.
Delays & force majeure
The company is not responsible for:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Accidents
- Actions of third parties
- Any circumstances beyond the company's control
8.
Client obligations
The client must:
- Provide accurate information
- Be reachable at the provided number
- Arrive at the pick-up location on time
If the client is absent, the order is considered fulfilled.
9.
Limitation of liability
The company's liability is limited to the value of the service.
10.
Right to refuse
The company reserves the right to refuse service in the event of a safety threat or inappropriate behaviour by the client.
